Our family have been using Rowland Brothers Whitehorse Road since 1976 and their standard of customer service has not changed - it is excellent. I was not looking forward to arranging my father's funeral last month, but from the outset all the staff were kind and understanding and very patient when I was being indecisive. Carly was my point of contact and she even referred back to my mother's funeral arrangements to see if I would like something similar for dad, and was able to source the same coffin that we had for mum. Communication and direction has been prompt and clear. Carly advised me about the on-line facilities for creating a tribute and donation page which is all new to me. I have been able to pass this on to the family and it is comforting to see their memories and keep track of donations. On a very hot day, all the attendants were immaculate as were their vehicles. David was very professional, friendly towards me and all my family and very obliging with any requests I made. The service I chose was simple and went very well and the minister that Carly recommended was excellent. Their facilities at Whitehorse Road are immaculate and my dad was treated with great care. Although my process has not quite finished I have no doubt that this high standard of service from all the staff there will continue. Thank you all very much for helping me at this difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone.

A discrete and supportive service. Rowland Brothers carried out all our wishes efficiently and sensitively proffering advice when needed and solving problems for us. A difficult time made much easier by their professionalism.

We had great support from Sally Loveland and Scott and colleagues on the day of the Funeral. Much appreciated. Rowlands service was let down by unhelpful reception service. The first time I phoned I was asked for my name. I said my name and spelled it out yet the lady asked me again. When we attended there was no record of my having phoned. The receptionist did not give her name. On another occasion when I phoned I was asked for my address, with no reason given why. Again the lady did not give her name. When my sister phoned she was given incorrect information. We respectfully suggest that you send your reception/phone answering staff for some customer service training. The standard was much lower than I receive from all the businesses I phone regularly. I am sure that your reception service can be improved very easily and your staff motivated to give excellent service to support your business

I would like to say a Big thank you to Pippa for helping us through this sad time. She treated us with kindness and sympathy. As though we were the only important ones. Very professional. Thanks to Pippa and Jenny Gibbs support, my Mums Funeral service went very respectfully.

Expectional to all levels of * Customer Services * prestige at it's finest.
Moments spent during the process of making arrangements with both David and Angela developed a unique relationship over a period of time striving through the pitfalls of administration paperworks required and contending with the waves of emotions can honestly say that I have built and now have affirmed friendships for the rest of my life.
Despite the ethics of being a business this was never ever experienced from the start of the chapter until the end as to the warmth and love surmounted far and beyond any of my own expectations.
My dear Father Mr Lloyd Evans who had sadly departed this earth on the 28th January 2018,
I know deep within spiritually was honoured to the supreme when laid to rest in peace with such diginty as he was conveyed by horse & carriage illuminated the journey with onlookers paying their last respects.
The horses Mango & Jack such magnificent gentile creatures showed compassion and vibrancy of honouring my Father too felt that the treat of carrots was not enough to thank them.
I now have a different view point regarding death it's not to be swept to oneside but to deal with the eventualities that happens to us all will now cater to those needs with planning with my partner and I funeral plans with Rowland Brothers
Thank you simply not enough or sum up or give justice for David & Angela with all staff members behind the scene and outside agencies that were magical throughout

The funeral Aranger (Sally Loveland) was very pleasant, listened to our needs and was able to provide all the service we needed. On the day of the late Millicent Hall funeral we were given an excellent service with respect and also met all our needs.

Rowland Brothers were exceptional during such a difficult time. They were polite, respectful and patient. They assisted with every aspect of the funeral and they made such a difficult time slightly better.

We were guided through the process and helped every step of the way. We were able to give my mum the funeral she would have wanted. There was support before, during and after. All the staff were lovely , caring and respectful.

We are all so grateful for the way in which all members of staff that we communicated or interacted with. Was so sensitive to our needs.

From the moment we met with Pippa , Sophie and Rob , we knew that they were the right people to look after our loved one. They kept us informed of everything and were happy to help with advice but not intrusive. We cannot thank them enough for helping us through this sad time.
