Was very pleased with the service received very professional but caring at the same time Susan was really nice and easy to talk too,and because I had never had to arrange a funeral before she was very helpful and nothing was a bother even though they were very busy and it was at the festive season.

I called upon scotmid funeral services for the first time 5 years ago when my brother passed away suddenly and
got Fantastic service from Lisa and everyone at scotmid Duke Street leith.Lisa was Very caring kind and compassionate and understanding to our needs so I didn't hesitate to use them again this time for my mum and was so happy to see Lisa was still there so I knew I'd be well looked after and I was . Thank you so much Lisa and everyone at scotmid for making this sad painful time that more bareable with your kind and caring ways.

Professional, sensitive, friendly approach to all dealings with our family. Special thanks to Gillian for her help organising mum’s funeral, thorough and patient. Thanks also to Ellie for her sensitive and respectful manner when attending to mum at Braeside. Secondly, everyone at Forrester, Ian, Candice and the rest of the team who looked after us on the day. In particular Susan McGlame for her handling of the initial administration and then most importantly your director(forgotten name) on the day for ensuring we had the service celebrating my wife's life which is exactly what we wanted.

 I must say that the funeral from start to finish went very well there was a couple of snags which Alan Taylor the funeral  arranger resolved very quickly I must thank all staff I was involved with for the kindness they should to myself and family.

All the staff were very sympathetic, understanding & very helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for them especially Susan & Phillip who made the day run smoothly leaving us to remember our loved one without having to worry about anything else

I cannot thank Philip, Darren and the Team enough for the way they dealt with my mum's funeral. Philip went above and beyond his role to support us, look after mum and give us guidence when required. He took a personal interest in our situation, he knew my mum liked cream cakes so he bought one, gift wrapped it and put it in the herse with her flowers - we were all so touched by his thoughtfulness. Philip took control of the situation, was contactable at all times and nothing was too much trouble for him. My mum was treated with the utmost respect at all times and on the day of her funeral even moreso. Philip and the Team made an extremely difficult and emotional time as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend this Company. They are extremely professional, compassionate and offer a personal service to families. I cannot thank Philip enough for everything he did for us.
