This was all setup for me by the funeral directors. Donations automatically went to the MS Society Scotland. Lots of people went on and lit a candle. Excellent service.

I could not fault the professionalism of the staff. They gave my Mum a day she would have been proud of. They made every step of the planning a lot easier. They treated my Mum and our family with dignity and respect and added the special touches. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a loved ones funeral.

Not only were we treated with great care and respect but Christine made it as easy as it could possibly be by explaining and arranging every detail. She was so kind and gentle and took great care of my husband.

They were really nice and listened to everything we wanted and achieved everything we asked for.

The funeral directors at Boswall made planning my dads funeral very easy and helped me in every step from planning to the day. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends. They are compassionate and caring and respectful.

I was disappointed with Scotmid Funeral service.. The day after my dad's funeral they were on the phone asking for cash..and sending emails out.
Because I was not asked for a deposit I was told that they could have stopped the funeral.
Also whilst we were paying our last respects above us other members of staff were making a terrible noise in the room above where my father was laid to rest. My sister had to go out and ask if they could keep noise down
It seems that money comes before the deceased
I was not happy with the service

My sisters and I cannot thank Debbie and Philip enough. From the initial contact right through to after our mums funeral we were well taken care of.
They supported us every step of the way in a professional but very caring and reapectful way.
