The service provided was excellent on all levels. The Staff, cars, coffin, flowers, service, cloisters chapel, on the day were excellent. The prior arrangements in purchasing the funeral at your office was very easy and straightforward with very helpful staff. The choices available allowed us to choose a package that was perfectly suited to us and provided good value.
The Funeral was conducted very professionally, dignified, warm and friendly. The Celebration service was excellent, time was spent getting to know about Norman so everyone left with smiles after recalling his good times and achievements. We would definitely recommend Scot-Mid Funeral services and Liz Dick who conducted the Celebration service.

Our son Stuart died in Edinburgh 6 weeks ago unexpectedly.
We live in Norfolk and had to organise the cremation in Edinburgh  from here.  We have had amazing and constant support from the funeral directors who followed our instructions  
(which often changed) without any hesitation.
The funeral was a mixture of tears and some laughter but so personal to our son.  
All the advice we received from the directors was proved to be the right advice.  We will always be grateful.
Thank you all so much for giving Stuart a great send off.

Everything was perfect. From start to finish. Muriel was fantastic, nothing to much trouble for her. Christine was amazing, she turned the car so Mum's 94 year old friend wasn't far from the car door & so respectful as they all had green feathers in their lapels in memory of mum. Muriel also called the day after Mum's funeral to ask how it all went & how we were.
Service was so personal & everyone did more than 100% for mum & the family.
I would highly recommend Scotmid to everyone.
