From the moment we first met Jane, my brother Jason and I felt relaxed and knew we were in great hands and had chosen the best firm to conduct the funeral of our sister. The team have been so supportive and communicative, making us feel looked after. George, who led the funeral was wonderful. He covered everything and was attentive, kind and respectful of our needs.

I just wanted to thank C Terry Funeral Directors & all that were involved with the funeral of my brother, Daniel James Isaacs, for their exceptional care & support ❤️ from start to finish it went superbly. I’m so glad I walked into their office that day, they took  charge at what was the saddest time for our family, kept us informed every step of the way & that helped us all cope a bit better. I was not impressed with this service at all! Terrys collected my wife from the hospital on the 23rd of May and we did not find out until the 6th of June that she was at the chapel of rest. Terrys told me that they would give me a call when my wife has arrived at the chapel of rest.Terrys were supposed to provide us with lilac ties at the funeral but when we arrived at the crematorium there was no ties given to us. The receptionist at Terrys is extremely rude and patronising. On there website they are highly recommended but unfortunately we did not have a great experience and due to this we will not be using your services again.

When our mum passed away, we had a difficult decision to make of which undertaker to use. We had no idea how to go about making such a decision. We wanted a service that would be professional and smart, as mum would have wanted but also who would care for and look after mum for her final journey.
Terry's delivered on all counts. All of the staff acted with care, compassion and consideration, but also with the upmost professionalism, from our first visit, to us seeing mum in the chapel of rest, to the day of the funeral. Terry's made a very difficult time more bearable.

Outstanding is the word I want to use from the start to the finish. My dad knew he would be in good hands with your selfs and he sure was.
