I cannot thank the team at C . Terry's enough. They were outstanding from the first meet up right through until the end.
They show compassion, and listen to your needs and their attention to detail is second to none. On the day my Dad passed, George came to collect him, he was so kind and thoughtful in everything he did. George also looked after us on the day. My Dad had a Nottingham Forest themed funeral celebration, having his last ride in the Nottingham Forest hearse which Terry's arranged for us. On the day,George came a little earlier so that we could take Dad for his last trip to the City Ground, slowing down on Trent Bridge, we was not expecting this and it was down to George that this extra special touch took place.
We could not be any happier that Dad had an amazing send off. Thank you, George, Kim, Mike and Gemma.

We recently used the services of this funeral director during one of the most difficult times in our lives, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care and compassion we received.




From the very first contact, they were kind, patient, and incredibly respectful. They guided us through every step of the process with sensitivity, making sure we understood everything without ever feeling overwhelmed or pressured. Nothing felt rushed, and every question—no matter how small—was treated with genuine care.




The attention to detail was outstanding. They took the time to honour our wishes and ensured that everything reflected our loved one perfectly. On the day itself, everything ran smoothly and with such dignity, which gave us a great sense of comfort.




What stood out most was their empathy. This wasn’t just a service—they truly cared about supporting us as a family through grief. Their professionalism, combined with genuine warmth, made an incredibly hard experience more manageable.




I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of funeral services. Their kindness and support made a lasting difference, and we are deeply grateful.

Farewell,the care compassion and the professionalism shown by the funeral directors was nothing short of exceptional. 
During one of the most painful times of our lives. They treated my mum and ourwhole family with dignity kindness and genuine empathy.
