I can’t thank Lisa and the staff at Terry’s enough for making a difficult day, my dad’s funeral, go as well as it possibly could. Everyone we dealt with showed the upmost professionalism, kindness and compassion throughout the planning of and the actual funeral. The care and sensitivity shown to my mum and the rest of the family on the day by Chris and his team was really appreciated. Drew did an amazing job to make it such a personal service. Everyone commented on how well it represented my dad and that was just what we wanted. 
I would recommend Terry’s 100% to anyone.

Terry’s were absolutely brilliant from the day I made an enquiry to the day of the funeral Kim pointed out finer detail about the burial plot and the council rules that the other company didn’t mention. They are very friendly and at the last minute we had a separate problem with the flowers Terry’s sorted it at short notice I would definitely recommend them having had previous experiences for other family members Terry’s are way out in front. On the day George was brilliant on how he spoke to our family members and looked after everything 10 out of 10 all round. Nigel Johnson
