What can you say about C Terry Funeral Service ? There is only one word and that is perfection. I would like to say if other companies performed to the extremely high standard that you provide the world would be a better place.

From my first call to your office to the funeral its self everything was handled in a very proffessional manner. I would like to thank all of your staff but especially Jane and George who were fantastic. I know that when my turn comes it will be C Terry who send me off from this life. I also know that Ken was very impressed with your service and called me on Friday evening expressing his thanks for your excellent service.

I have to say that the support we received as a family was first rate. This is the fourth funeral that you have carried out over the years and your standards are exemplary.
From the initial support prior to mum’s death, the professional, dignified and prompt manner in which you collected her from her home and the support you gave, both in the clear guidance you gave and accommodating our instructions up to the funeral. May I say that your part with the funeral itself was excellent and the manner in which Chris managed the funeral totally took away any pressure from the family members. A great stalwart of your team please pass on my personal thanks to him, not forgetting everyone associated to making what was a difficult time for ourselves as a family, taking up some of that strain yourselves.

My mum had organised her funeral before she died. When we informed Terry's they were very sympathetic and and professional. We had to waite for a corroners pm which delayed things and Terry's took care of all the xetails after this to obtain care of our mum. We made a saturday morning viewing and they were great even inviting us in as we were 30 mins early and before they opened. They listened to all of us anfd we put together a plan for the funeral. We were supposed to be viewing her at that time too but the staff on that morning were not aware anfd the body was not ready. This seems to have been a communication problem with the reception staff and the main staff. We also wanted to play a video slide show we had made to a piece of music mum had chosen. We were told that they would talk to the crematorium to sort this but on the monday 2 days before the funeral we were told that the media company would not let us play it due to copyright ( it was all our work our pics etc.) And that we didnt have time to sort this now. Everyone we spoke to said there was no way as the medis company locks the screens. We were very dissapointed tgat the Staff at Terrys didnt know this and we were not told of the dead line. However, i was able to speak with the person running the funeral at Bramcote crem who did allow us to take a large tv and use that instead. Andrew was great and we thank him. It would have been bettrr though if Terrys could have done this at this time of grief. That said the persons from terrys george and his team who organised the day were absolutely professional and made the day run perfect. This would have been an excellent if the few simple things we had to sort out at last minute was done by Terrys itself. Please note dont settle for anything you dont want this is a one shot event.

Very nice people & very professional. Their caring work & effort made Mums cremation go exceptionally well. All arrangements were prompt & every little detail covered from start to finish. I can't thank Kim, Michael and the team at C Terry Funeral Services enough, right from the start we felt that our needs were important to them as much as us. They did everything they could to make the funeral go smoothly from start to finish, in fact they went well above our expectations and we can never thank them enough for helping to give our dear mum the send off she deserved.
