Sue was very supportive from start to finish, we can't praise her enough,
From the very first time we met,I thought that it was going to be quite difficult going through making the arrangements, she never rushed us, told us if you wanted to have a break or a drink we were to let her know. I feel you have to be a special person when dealing with other people's grief and she certainly had all the qualifications.
Thank you to all the people from the Co-operative funeral care who looked after my mum I can't thank you enough.

Having supported us with my Father’s funeral 5 months earlier,  I knew we were in safe hands!

Sue is kind and considerate, as she takes all of the pressure away from you, and gently takes you through the process & organisation. She is so friendly and compassionate.
The service itself was respectful and went so smoothly.
Steve who directed the day is a gentleman. Warm and personable, he talks you through every step before the get go, and on the day checks in, and makes you feel calm and comfortable.

I’ve had a tough 6 months, but their support and professionalism was a real comfort.
I couldn’t recommend them more. Outstanding.
