We re supported all the way through mum s funeral arrangements mum had prepaid so that her choices had been made Paul talked us through everything , rung us to make sure we had everything we needed. They supported her grandchildren to carry her coffin . Can't thank them enough

Never use this service again. Also I will be telling everyone not to use the Coop . And I will be putting the way I was treated by the coop on the death of my sister

At our saddest time they came to our rescue. My late Dad had no financial legacy so we were stuck for our options. They collected my Dad and looked after him until we were at a financial point we could afford a direct cremation.
Thier staff treated us with respect and with dignity and they made us feel at ease and at no point a burden.

I would highly recommend your services to anyone. If the need arises to arrange a funeral again I will certainly be looking to use you again. Thank you from all of the Cadman-Cliff family.

On the day that my auntie died, we rang the out of hours helpline and was told that someone from our local area would call us. After 1 hour 30 minutes, we had to call back to find out when someone would be coming to collect her. A few days later, i was told the wrong funeral time!!!!!. Lindy who was dealing with us was very nice, as was Nicola on the day. I would have maybe expected a courtesy call the day after the funeral to check that everything had been ok, but i have not had any contact with the pontefract branch except to receive a copy of the bill through the post. I would never recommend the coop funeral services to anyone

Julie, who arranged everything, was an absolute treasure. Professional and a really empathetic, caring communicator, she made the process as painless as it could be. She also kept in touch with me leading up to the day, something that I really appreciated, and always offered great support.
