I would just like to say thank you to everyone at coop Pontefract for the care and compassion they not only showed to my grandma Joyce but to me who has never had to arrange a funeral before, it was an emotional and difficult time but they were always on end of phone for advise and a understanding ear, from the receptionists to the people who we don't see but play a big part thank you an a special thanks is needed to Nicola who I know I couldn't have done it all without her she is a credit in what is a difficult time for families but is made that little bit easier when you have such an amazing team

At one of the most traumatic times of my life arranging the funeral of my 26 year old son ‘Greg’ everyone here went above and beyond.
I cannot fault any of the service or communication which was shown with 101% professionalism & compassion 
From front of house to those in the background everything felt so genuinely personal.
I’m in no hurry to return but with without question recommend whole heartily Nicola and all the team from Pontefract x

Excellent and professional service. Every detail and request fulfilled. All involved were courteous, understanding, patient and pleasant whilst still remaining professional. The funeral director ensured all went exactly as planned. Funeral route and requirements, horse drawn carriage, music and timings were precise with nothing left to chance. Would certainly recommend without hesitation. Excellent.
