From the first phone call to the  collection of my late fathers ashes, the whole team were attentive, listened to our questions and suggestions. They guided us through the whole process and we’re still available to us after the funeral. I can not recommend them highly enough for the personal service they gave.

I would like to say that Suzanne and Michelle were fabulous. The funeral was difficult as members of the family were estranged.

Suzanne especially negotiated with all parties and on the day the funeral went very smoothly with no problems. 

Special thanks also to Zetta Bear who was kind but very professional .

Their caring support and thoughtful advice helped us to plan exactly the funeral we wanted. They kept us fully informed and offered advice at every step. Their organisation of the funeral was absolutely brilliant. They were there supporting us through the whole event which was done unobtrusively and very professionally. I can't thanks them enough for all their efforts.

From start to finish the team at Warburton's have been outstanding. Michelle and Suzanne were compassionate and understanding of our needs throughout.

They enabled us to arrange and put on Roxy's final show. We did not use a religious or civil celebrant and put on the entire show ourselves along with the love and input of Roxy's friends. Michelle and Suzanne's guidance of venue: Todmorden Unitarian Church and resting place at St Peter's cemetery were inspired. We are very happy that Roxy is resting where she is.

On the day Suzanne and her extended team were caring and understanding. Suzanne was so insightful as to when to step in to support and at the same time recognise where time and space were needed.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The choice of Todmorden and Warburton's proved to be perfect.

The care and support the whole family received was truly wonderful at this sad time . We never felt that we were demanding and all the staff went above and beyond to make sure we gave my mum the funeral and send off she deserved. As a company you such be proud of your  Todmorden Team
