The arrangements provided by the funeral director Marie Hayes were excellent. I would recommend the Coop Funeral plan to anyone at such a difficult time. Their professionalism shone through and Paul Simpson the celebrant provided an apt and fitting eulogy.

Very caring and obliging. Needed lots of phone calls due to coroner’s mess but always very helpful. The day went very smoothly and like clock work. The celebrant they recommended was also excellent in every way. Thank you

Marie was wonderful, tactful, kind and knowledgable.  We had very little to do other than tell Marie what mum’s wishes were. The funeral was simple and dignified just as mum would have wanted.  The care we were given and the attention to detail was exemplary.  A huge thank you for leading us through this difficult time. I would definitely recommend the Co-op

From the very start the staff were extremely helpful and caring especially both of the funeral directors Marie and Jo
Communication was good and we were kept in the loop throughout.
On the day of the actual funeral everything went like clock work.
When the limousine arrived to take us to the service the driver Robert introduced himself and did his level best to make our journey comfortable.
A couple of days after the funeral Marie phoned and asked how we were all doing.
I thought every thing possible had been done to make a sad day bearable.

I can’t praise the team at Carr lane Shipley high enough.
The whole team were professional, caring and so helpful throughout  at what was such a sad time.

We received excellent service from Marie at Shipley coop funeralcare , she was caring and empathetic , the Funeral for our Mum went like clockwork and we are very grateful. The Celebrant - Lara Martin was also excellent and help us make a fitting tribute to our dear mum. Thank you to both .
