Any one reading this review, I seriously recommend that you consider Radcliffe Funeral Service. They are amazing . Throughout the planning I spoke with Gwen, Andrew and James. They were so calm , reassuring, well organised and in total control at a very difficult time . Nothing was a trouble for them . Their service was fantastic and very efficient. On the day we were so well directed by James .

Throughout arranging Anne's funeral, and the funeral taking place everything was planned and conducted in an exemplary way, with every small detail being addressed. Nothing was too much trouble, and I was kept informed at every stage. Communication with everyone involved e.g. the minister, church contact and caterer, as well as the family, was wonderful, and friends attending the funeral have commented about how impressed they were about the support given to the family in an unobtrusive way. This is one of a number of occasions I have experienced their standard of service.

Thank you Radcliffe’s for making a really difficult time much more manageable. From initial contact over the phone to meeting Ian, everything was dealt with professionally and with care. Ian was kind, caring and compassionate. He gave us options and wasn’t pushy. He was honest and helped us to make sensible decisions as well as working with us to make my dad’s funeral exactly how we wanted it to be. When a loved one passes away , you immediately don't really know what to do .
Radcliffe's took care off everything for us , they looked after our mum with love and care just like they did for our dad 3 years ago , James was wonderful sorted out everything for us ,without us having to worry about anything . And very quickly ,also kept us updated .
They are more than funeral directors it's like a family looking after your loved one .I knew our mum was looked after with care and dignity .

A BIG Thankyou to all staff at Radcliffe FS and especially to James for everything he organised for our Mums funeral service. 
James was professional, he listened to our wishes and gave friendly, honest advice and support during this time. He was very understanding to our needs . 
Every thing we wanted for our Mum James made sure everything was good and ready for the day. 

Gwen at Radcliffe organised our Dads funeral in October 2022 and the service was supportive too.
