The care and attention given by everyone at Radcliffe's is 5 star+. James looked after my Brother's funeral and nothing was too much trouble for him. He is kind and friendly and puts you at your ease at a time when nothing makes sense. This is the second funeral that James has organised for us and I am so glad we found him. Any one reading this review, I seriously recommend that you consider Radcliffe Funeral Service. They are amazing . Throughout the planning I spoke with Gwen, Andrew and James. They were so calm , reassuring, well organised and in total control at a very difficult time . Nothing was a trouble for them . Their service was fantastic and very efficient. On the day we were so well directed by James .

Throughout arranging Anne's funeral, and the funeral taking place everything was planned and conducted in an exemplary way, with every small detail being addressed. Nothing was too much trouble, and I was kept informed at every stage. Communication with everyone involved e.g. the minister, church contact and caterer, as well as the family, was wonderful, and friends attending the funeral have commented about how impressed they were about the support given to the family in an unobtrusive way. This is one of a number of occasions I have experienced their standard of service.
