I can't believe how easy everything was, I was dreading planning the funeral and Devon made it such a calm and nice process. She was really clear when explaining everything and the day was so great at showing who mum was.

Everything was perfect and what had potential to be a horrendous day turned out to be a beautiful send off for an incredible woman. Thank you

I'm sure your staff will say they were only doing their job but they actual went far above and beyond for us. I know I should not name an individual but I have to say that the hard work Devon put into make our daughters funeral pefect was out standing. She even came in during her anual leave to do all that was needed. She could have easily let another member of staff take over and enjoy her Christmas break but she didn't, she did it all herself to make sure all when perfectly, which it did. As individuals and Sadie's family we will always be grateful.
