On the whole very good. Perhaps a few reminders re what to include in the newspaper obituary would have been useful.

From the first meeting we were treated with patience and understanding. The reassurance and communication were excellent. The service was perfect and special thanks are deserved by Rowena for her outstanding care and organisation and Nicky for her lovely words. Considering it was such a sad day having to say goodbye to my mum the funeral was done so well it made people come together and celebrate her life ...exactly what she would have wanted. Thank you. From the initial meeting to arrange the funeral to the end process. We were fully informed of everything and taken care of throughout. They keep you informed throughout with courtesy calls, emails etc to make sure everything’s ok and to check all arrangements are as you want them. Utmost respect and sensitivity is shown to you the customer at this sad time. Highly recommend them for taking care of your loved ones final journey.
