The kind, efficient and very accommodating way in which we were treated throughout this very sad time was excellent. Nothing was to much trouble to make sure the day passed as smoothly as possible for us. We would definitely recommend Brighouse Co-operative Funeral Care.

The BIGGEST Thank you to all the team, that’s Zoe & Kirsty at Brighouse, all the back of house team at Towngate and all crew on the day being Colin, Darren, Derek & John. For all their support and kind words spoken and sent to me when my lovely sister was taken away so suddenly. We never know when our time is up ? But you won’t meet a more kinder or caring bunch than everyone at the Heckmondwike Hub.

Everything was very good on the day. But there is a problem with contacting the service by telephone. Calls to the local office are redirected to the central office in Manchester and they invariably tell you to “phone back later”. No suitable time is given and you could well find that no-one is available to talk to you when you phone back. This does not appear to be the fault of the local office. It is a fault with the system. It really needs looking at. It is very frustrating to be told to phone back later.

The team in Brighouse were very professional and Zoe particularly was very helpful and supportive and made sure that we had her full attention at all times. I would recommend your services and the team in Brighouse. On the day of the funeral both Kirsty in the office and Zoe at the crematorium were sympathetic and calm and Zoe leading the funeral care in an extremely professional and appropriate way.
