What a wonderfully sensitive, caring and professional group of people. The service we received from our Funeral Director Marie Hayes and her team was outstanding. Sadly my late Dad died suddenly requiring a post mortem which significantly delayed the date of the funeral service and had implications for how the service could be conducted. As Executor I found Marie and the team to be very professional, very sensitive in handling difficult conversations and incredibly supportive. My wife and I could not have got through the stresses we endured without the emotional support from Marie in particular. We will never forget her kindness and understanding. Thank you to everyone who helped me give my Dad the funeral service he deserved.

Nothing was too much trouble, and they were very calming in an emotional situation. They were exactly the same for my mums funeral 6 years ago, which was why we were very happy to use them again.
