We required their services in 2016 when our father  passed .No hesitation when their services were required again when our mother passed recently Excellent service communications directions on the process  from start to  finish through to taking us to the wake venue. And not to forget the touch of class when we left the pick up point a member of staff walked in front of the hearse total respect. I can’t thank the team at Farmers enough from the early hours they fetched my mom they were so kind and caring, true gentlemen and so professional.

I already had a funeral plan which I did a few years ago with themselves.

They sorted all the arrangements chasing the doctors so I could register the death and kept me updated with everything.

On the day, again it ran like clockwork everything was perfect couldn’t fault anything.

Loosing our mom was so very distressing, but Chris and all of the rest of the team at Farmer and Sons were so attentative and understanding and helped us through the whole process one step at a time. We didn't feel rushed, and they listened to what we wanted and what was important to us. Communication throughout, face-to-face, phone and email was great and we were encouraged to ask as many questions as we needed.
On the day of the funeral the attention to detail, communication, help and understanding was everything we needed and more.

This is the second time that we have used Farmer & Son. On both occasions we have been extremely happy with the service we received. Everyone was so friendly towards us and made a sad occasion easier to bear. The celebrant, Deb Brace was absolutely wonderful, and made us feel as though she personally knew our loved ones. Everything from start to finish was very professionally handled.

This is the third occasion I have required the services of a Funeral Director. First for my mother in 1989, then my father in 2017 and most recently my dear wife. On each occasion Farmer and Son have offered an exemplary service, taking time to speak to the family to ensure our needs were met, and ensuring the funeral was conducted in a professional; respectful and dignified manner. I cannot recommend Farmer and Son highly enough.
