To All the people especially Chris that were involved in our mums funeral on Friday 14th Oct. There work was fantastic. Chris make the task of arranging it very pleasant, she didn't rush us she truly was amazing. To Kevin the one that l organised us as a family his care and understanding was out of this world. At such a sad and traumatic time, it's reassuring to be able to have a funeral directors who are capable of dealing with the major decions you're required to make.
We dealt with Chris, who showed empathy, understanding and support in our time of need. She was proffessional and caring, guiding us through an extremely difficult time and made the whole experience feel as though she was personally involved.
She arranged the service, recommended a florist, organised the cars etc.
The staff from Farmers at the service were extremely professional and supportive on a day no one wants.

Farmer’s & Son we’re fantastic. From the start,  the dignity shown by the 2 staff who came on the evening of mom’s death; Chris was so professional and compassionate - her wealth of experience and organisation made the whole experience much  easier than I had imagined it would be - nothing was too much trouble. 
The cars were perfect and once again the drivers, bearers made the whole day run smooth.
