Farmer & Son provided services for my mom just over 2 years ago and again when my dad passed away in July - their service is exceptional. They are kind & understanding at such a difficult time.

At the most distressing of times Chris comforted my Mom and supported her & myself to plan a fitting funeral for my Dad. She was so caring and empathetic and we felt cocooned in her kindness.
Neil (if I remember correctly), the funeral director & team on the day of the funeral were impeccable and so professional yet friendly.
Thank you all for making a difficult time more bearable.

Farmers were professional and supportive every step of the way after my dad passed away. Starting with the 2 gentlemen who came promptly to transport dad to the chapel; both were courteous and truly respectful. Chris was the epitome of kindness and  was always available to offer her expertise, advice and support, with the many choices available;  order of service, number of cars, flowers etc. The funeral day itself was perfectly organised and the cars and drivers were immaculate. Thank you all so very much.

What can I say, this isn't the first time I've used Farmer & Son for a family funeral and their service has been exemplary. Their attention to detail and professionalism makes them a credit to their trade. A local firm who really care and take pride in that. A rare thing in this day and age. Can't recommend them enough.

Christine was really lovely and accommodating throughout me sorting the arrangements for my Mom.
It was all really smooth running and didn't cause me any stress.
The only thing I'd say, is that the man who led the funeral at the crem need to ensure that he gets the family's name correct and dosen't shorten it as that can be very frustrating.

But all in all a fantastic service provided by lovely people .

From my first contact with Farmer & Son everything was fully explained all my options were laid out for me, Chris who I dealt with could not have been more understanding of my needs at this very emotional time. I was not rushed everything was done at my pace. The arrangements when made ran exactly as planned, and although I knew most of the people involved, I still felt that they were sharing my grief. Overall I could not have chosed better, everything was excellent.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. We were going through an awful time as my Dad passed suddenly and were guided by Chris who was fantastic. She helped, sympathised and showed such empathy. I can not fault the whole team. I would recommend Farmers to everyone.

Excellent customer service.
Chris was very helpful when we came for our appointment. She was supportive and even though not well herself, thought only of the family.
On the day of the funeral, the funeral courtage were treated with empathy and respect, everything was just as we had requested.

All the staff were very helpful which made the whole sad situation less stressful. Farmer and Sons are friendly, but also very professional. The room and setting for the viewing was peaceful and dignified.. All that atened said the funeral flowed perfectly. My family were comforted knowing that with their care and support we gave my step Dad Kenneth Climpson a beautiful farewell
