Thank you to all at Jennifer Ashe and Son who recently looked after my Mom when she passed away. Philippa at the Park Hall branch made it so easy for us to arrange Mom's funeral. We walked in there not knowing what to expect and left feeling as though we had made a friend with Philippa. I know she went above and beyond in the care she gave Mom and for that I'm truly grateful. Steve, the funeral director on the day was amazing and made sure we knew what was going on and made us feel very well cared for. Amazing service and the whole arrangement from start to finish was absolutely fantastic at such a difficult time. Philippa who was our main point of call was so caring, fully engaged and nothing was too much trouble . She was supportive and made the whole process seamless and took away the hassle from us at such a difficult time. She took such good care of " Our Fiona " and for that I would be for ever greatful. Richard on the day ensure everything run smoothly and made every effort to make it happen in such a graceful way and again nothing was too much trouble. We had over 200 friends and family attend and so many of them commented in such a positive way . Thank you for making the most difficult day of my life rub smoothly and helping give my wife such a wonderful sent off.
