Total professionalism, accompanied with empathy and the willingness to do as much as was possible to make my uncles send off as good as it was. Many thanks also for doing exactly the same for my aunt back in October 2016. Two very special people to me and your company sent them to a better place in a perfect way, thank you to all but, especially to Brian and Jackie, you were brilliant, thank you.
