The saddest of times for us at our Mum's funeral. She had so many plans and things she wanted to do, a real life force. Tear's flowed at the beginning of the service, but before the end of the service we had smiles, giggles and laugh's. John the Vicar who conducted the service was exceptional and all who attended our Mum's funeral said that the Vicar and the service was lovely. That is how it had to be for our Mum

Your advice was invaluable and we felt you went the extra mile to make sure that everything went smoothly and truly reflected the families wishes. I was pleased with everything you arranged. Sharon was very helpful and guided me through the maze of things I needed which I had not thought about.

The coffin was fantastic, everyone loved it, and Jackie made the service great. I am pleased about the arrangements with Colin's ashes. I thank you for making a sad day one of happiness. Colin was released from his pain and it was a good service. Everyone has told me how much they enjoyed it which is unusual as it is normally a very upsetting occasion.

We met Sharon, the Funeral Organiser, who advised us of the date and time of the cremation. We also discussed travel arrangements and the practicalities of the service. We were contacted by a Humanist Minister, Jackie, who visited us to discuss our choice of music and the tribute to the dearly departed.

On the day the funeral cortege turned up on time and we were treated courteously and with respect at all times. We were transported back home afterwards.
