    Every thing was done and carried out with so much feeling. I had no worries at all I new that I was in safe hands. Also the minister they got for me Mel was amazing so much care and feeling .

    Thanks to Tom from the Lower Holyhead Road branch my Dad's funeral was a fitting send off for a lovely man. A little bit different with the horse racing casket which many people commented on along with the lovely service. Many thanks for arranging everything.

    All staff were professional, efficient and considerate from start to finish. Made a very difficult time much easier to cope with for all concerned and the day itself ran smoothly and precisely ... everything was exactly as the family wished it to be.

    I was a shame to have so little control over the music and no opportunity to check what had been supplied until 5 minutes before the service. Wrong music supplied. I was surprised to see a charge of £900 for administration with no explanation. When I asked for more detail none was given. This is an expensive service and I would have expected a proper breakdown of costs. It is difficult to ask questions in such circumstances. The flowers were good.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, it is very much appreciated. I believe that Joy has contacted you to confirm that the issue with the music was due to an error on the crematorium's part and we are very sorry that this happened, but, I hope that the crematorium will be sending you a letter of apology. As for the £900 fee you mentioned this, this £975 fee is our charge for arranging and conducting of the funeral service and all that is required, I apologise if this was not made very clear at the time of the funeral arrangement and I have asked our colleagues to take greater care over explaining this important element. Once again many thanks Darryl Smith - General Manager.
