Once again all I can say is a very big thank you to our Funeral Director Nadine. I would only entrust her with the arrangements for dads funeral because she arranged mums funeral 3 months ago. Another lady i dealt with was Lesley and she was also lovely, gentle and caring. Everything was perfect. What more can I say? I felt as if they cared about the whole occassion. You could feel how personal it became to them. Thank you to you all. Xx

You Representatives all did their selves proud during our organising period. From Sharron during the booking process through to Joy at the finale. Melanie who conducted the service was outstanding. We have used You to Bury My Gran, Mother, Father, My Wife's Father, Now unfortunately My Wife as well as a dear Friend who We had Power of Attorney for and never had a complaint.

We're very effecient and we're very kind in some very difficult days for me...I hope I don't have to use them again any time soon but would without hesitation and highly recommend their service.

The whole service was professional and yet personal. The Cooperative Funeral Care Coventry made the day bearable. I would like to thank Lesley who guided us through the whole process, her patience and attention to detail was second to none. We were very pleased with the service, understanding, the staff on the day were wonderful, the Minister, Melanie - whose thoughtfulness was outstanding, the cars and the care.

The service provided by The Co-operative Funeralcare, Coventry was exemplary. The kindness, professionalism, efficiency and reassurance shown by all of the staff I dealt with there, made an incredibly sad and difficult process much easier to deal with.


I would recommend the services of the Co-operative Funeralcare, Coventry without hesitation. They just take care of everything at a time when empathy and totally reliable support is most needed!!!

Joy was absolutely amazing - so kind and caring and couldn’t do enough to help me with all my needs. The service was outstanding. Everything was taken care of and dealt with professionally. Now I know why my mum has always used the Co-op and I definitely will in the future. Requested Jaguar cars and they sourced at no extra cost.
