The care and compassion we received as a family at the most hardest time for us has been overwhelming. From booking an appointment with the Co-op and meeting Adele to talk through arrangements made this awful time a little easier. What gave us great comfort was my Dad being in Adeles  care whilst at the chapel of rest and the fact Adele said she would talk to him when he arrived with her...This gave us all such comfort. On the day of my Dads funeral, Adele led this for us. The day could not have gone any better and the arrangements and planning for this that Adele personally had done is testament to the person she is. Had it not have been for Adele, we, as a family, would not have been able to deliver my dads send off to the amazing standard Adele ensured was delivered We will be forever in Adele’s debt for the care she gave to us and my Dad

Everything was completed professionally and with a compassionate manner. Nadine was brilliant and kept me updated with all the arrangements for my mother's funeral. Everyone was absolutely wonderful and as a family we wish to thank you all.

    Thank you so very much for your competent  and sympathetic support as we arranged Dorothy's funeral - it cannot be underestimated just how much this means when sorting out all the practicalities.   This support  continued on the day of the funeral and we all wish to record our great appreciation for all you did.  Kind Regards Caroline & Family

    Highly recommend the co-op also they put us in touch with Carol Brankin who took the service she was excellent. She did dad proud with a beautiful touching service couldn’t praise her high enough.  Thankyou to you all, you were brilliant from start to finish.

    “Not very professional” ,my Mum was at walsgrave uni Hospital in the mortuary for 12 days and we booked an appointment to go and see my Mum at CO OP Ansty for Friday 5th July at 10.30am,but was I rang on Thursday afternoon that they were still waiting for a second signature from a Doctor to release my mums body so she could go to Ansty,  .On Friday I rang several times to see what the latest info was on my mums body and was diverted to a main switch board and  a member off staff bluntly told me to slow down when I was telling him my name.Adele rang me Friday afternoon to say my mums body had arrived and we could go and see her,my Dad is 93 and it was to late ,so we arranged to go and see her on the Mon 8th July the day before mums funeral.i was told I would get a phone call 48hrs after my mums funeral to collect her ashes.i waited until Friday afternoon for a phone call and I had to ring them muse to arrange to collect the ashes, because my Dad was getting anxious.So after my experience I will definitely will not using the CO-OP again.

    My family wish to express our gratitude for the way in which all of your staff, especially Adele, conducted the funeral of my late husband Finbar OKeefe on the 2nd of July 2019, at 3pm. Your professionalism was exemplary. Our celebrant, Carol, showed warmth and total dedication to Barry's day, which has given us all confidence to move forward, after bringing our family together sharing precious memories. Thank you all again. I would recommend the co-op as a reliable funeral director.

    My brothers service was beautiful and everything went so well I am very grateful to the Coop Ansty Rd Coventry as they couldn’t do enough for us !  Right from the beginning the organising went really well right from taking his wishes into account, the staff are all very sensitive people and I thank them all for what they did !
