Cheryl was extremely helpful throughout the process. I’ve never  had to arrange a funeral before and the help that Cheryl provided made for a smooth and respectful service. She listened to our needs and delivered tenfold.

Everything about my late husband’s Celebration of Life Service was perfect, from the initial family meeting with Cheryl to the actual service itself on the day.  All of the Cooperative Funeral Service staff involved were professional, yet warm and welcoming to us throughout the whole process.  I would highly recommend them to take care of anyone’s loved one in the future.

The professional approach and manner that myself and family experienced was of the highest class and the personal individual focus at a time of grief was completely taken over by the staff in guiding us through that grief. 
The professional and personal approach from our first consultation from Margaret Ann was of the highest standard and she listened and also advised us on certain areas of the process of a cremation that in the end made my mothers final time on earth more personal and we thank her for that. 
I will fully recommend to anyone that has lost someone to come to yourself in the future and be confident that what we experienced would once more be repeated.

We found the company were great and all the staff were so attentive and supportive. The only thing we would mention that caused us upset was a call my husband received from someone in a call centre who was nothing to do with the Alexandria Funeral Care staff. They asked lots of very personal questions about my husbands mother's estate and her financial situation and it was neither the time nor the place for that conversation. It might be ok to make these calls a few weeks after the death but not the same week! So thankful to our arranger Margaret Ann Cairns.
