Ross and his team were exceptional in supporting us through Mum’s funeral. The organisation was seamless, but more importantly, they showed genuine care, kindness and sensitivity to our family throughout. It made a very difficult time feel that bit more manageable, and we are truly grateful.

Anderson's were flexible with our requests for viewing and catered for all of our needs from organising the funeral plot - to the day of the burial, including the order of service and flowers. They couldn't have done anymore for the family for which we are truly grateful.

From start to finish Ross and his team provided an excellent professional service. Anything we needed or asked for was carried out without any fuss. Even the little touches of going to get the printed  order of service for me the day before the funeral! It was very much appreciated. 
Ross kept us informed every step of the way and took care of dad so well. Love the fact they offer the full package of flowers and order of service etc it really does take the pressure off.  I Highly recommend Ross and his team. Thanks again

After the sudden and unexpected death of my mum the kindness and compassion shown to me by Ross was absolutely outstanding. The guidance and support he gave to me was valuable and this helped me to arrange my mum's funeral and made it a beautiful celebration of her life. This was complemented by the personal touch given by both Ross and Clare at such a distressing time.

I would highly recommend Ross as I will always appreciate the help and support he gave me at such a sad time.

Ross Anderson and his team provided us with not only the most professional and knowledgable service they are also very caring and genuine which gives you comfort in the most difficult of circumstances. I was honoured to be asked to carry out the service for my Auntie and Ross helped me through this every step of the way which was a great support. There aren’t enough words to express my thanks to Andrew Anderson & Sons. Following the death of my mum, Ross ensured everything was taken care of.   Any request we had, it was no problem.

At a time of utter heartbreak and devastation,  Ross was sympathetic, professional and the support we received was very welcome.

We knew this firm from before who had handled my stepmother's and sister's funerals with sensitivity, kindness and compassion. On this occasion of our 91 year old father's funeral, they exceeded everything we had seen before - even going the extra mile to network a superb car in which he travelled his final journey. Everything went seamlessly to plan, according to Dad's wishes and Ross and his team were on hand at all times with any family queries. As a family, we could not have wished for more …. That service was there at the outset from Dad being removed quietly from his home right through to his final journey. Thank you so very much from us all for the dignity, compassion and sensitivity we all experienced from you.

We really cannot thank you enough for all the support you have given us in these incredibly difficult circumstances.  Ross struck just the right balance between guiding us through the practicalities, whilst also feeling that we had someone looking out for us as we made the decisions required.  And all at a time when we were dealing with something for which we were completely unprepared.  For that we will always be grateful.

From start to finish Ross and his team were amazing. The detail that Ross put in was second to none and his professionalism Really did shine through.Ross explained everything that would happen in great detail from taking my dad from strathcarron hospice to Callander to be made presentable so my family could all say our goodbyes to dad. I have to say that they done such a good job on dad,we were all so happy with how he looked.A wee special mention goes to the woman in the balfron office who was very professional and who made us all so welcome when saying our goodbyes to dad.At the funeral Ross and his staff all showed great dignity and we were very pleased on how it went. On a last note I wii definitely be using Ross,s services again but hopefully not in the near future! Well done Andrew Anderson and sons,top marks from the wright family

Everything was just as we wanted: from bringing my husband home, to taking us to the crematorium, then onto the wake you showed such professionalism. I can’t thank Ross and his team enough for the care and service they provided for me and my family after the sudden passing of my Mum. He went above and beyond in insuring that every little detail I wanted for Mums Funeral was put in place. He has such a kind, compassionate and reassuring nature that I was immediately put at ease. He organised everything for me, from newspaper obituaries, shop window notices and even flowers. Nothing was too much trouble and he assured me that I could call him anytime night or day if I had any questions regarding the funeral. He made sure the funeral was everything I wanted for Mum on the day.
Ross even called me a few days after the funeral to check if I was alright. He’s a true professional and I can’t thank him enough for all his hard work and I would recommend Andrew Anderson & Sons to anyone.

Throughout Ross showed profound respect both for my late husband and for diverse members of the family. He was highly professional in advice about the burial plot and legal procedures. An excellent and timely communicator (face to face, phone and email), Ross worked effectively with us to achieve a seamless day including chasing the death certificate, liaising with Stirling Council and the minister and kirk on our behalf; production of a lovely order of service and delightful floral arrangements. Thank you to you and your staff for your contribution to happy memories in the midst of the sadness of loss.
