Thankyou so much for the patient,kind and gentle way you guided me and my family after the death of my mother. As she died abroad we were all concerned as to how to bring her home,and the formalities that would entail. James, looked after everything. I can speak for all my family in saying that all our last minute adjustments, and worries were listened to in a very professional, but supremely caring,personal and caring manner, nothing seemed too much trouble to James.
I also want to say that the celebrant he recommended,( Catherine), conducted the service in a beautiful and utterly kind and gentle manner.I am also grateful to the chaps who respectfully drove the hearse and extra car, timing the journeys to perfection, and carrying my mother to the crematorium with with great respect and care.
My thanks to all involved in giving us a fitting goodbye to our mother.

Walton & Taylor are accommodating, kind, respectful and efficient. They did everything I asked for and the day went smoothly. This company is the only one I have encountered in sorting out the life of my father that has made a difficult situation easier. If only they could do all of the tedious things that have to be done to close a persons life. As it is, the funeral, which is their job, went perfectly and I couldn’t have asked for better. We were very happy with with Walton and Taylor for how they conducted our dad’s funeral from the beginning to the end. Sue and James were so easy to deal with and very approachable and they carried out our wishes with lots of thought. On the day of the funeral everything was perfect and thank you all once again for all your help at a very difficult time .

All of the staff at Walton and Taylor have been wonderful. I can't put into words how grateful we were for their assistance when my father passed away. They handled everything that needed handling with professionalism and sensitivity. The funeral went very smoothly and it was nice knowing that everything was under control.
