We can’t put into words how professional, caring and understanding they are. 
Everything we asked for was honoured without question.

James is just perfect for this job. He makes you feel totally relaxed while organising what you want and only advises if you require any. No pressure what so ever.

The arrangements were very satisfactory so far as participants at the crematorium were concerned, therefore I've scored the Undertakers services as excellent. Unfortunately, the videocam was not so perfect, as several users have commented that the speakers (i.e. myself and the Minister, Rev Jane Gaffney) were barely audible. Whilst this did not detract from the value of the service at the time, the problem has left a sense of disappointment, in view of the prospect not being fulfilled. There was some variation depending upon the means of reception, but in general it was rather poor.

They done the best they could with all the restrictions placed on them due to the Coroner Virus it's something we've never had to deal with before & hopefully never have to again

Excellent and compassionate  service all around but sadly the details of how people could leave their donations were not pur in the paper with her death announcement - we presumed that it would be there and now sadly no monies have been collected for her.

Excellent service from the initial visit to discuss and organise the funeral for my husband to the actual funeral. They were professional, respectful and kept me well informed on what was happening and answering any queries I had. James, Sue and the rest of the team at Walton & Taylor were extremely helpful, informative and happy to accommodate all our requests for my father’s service (from the piper to the tartan rug to the extra photos in the order of service). Their attention to detail and regular communication with us during the planning period was great and the service itself went exactly as we had wanted – a truly uplifting celebration of my dad’s life, which he would have loved. When you have never organised a funeral before, it can be a very daunting prospect at a time of great emotion. Walton & Taylor guided us sensitively through the process and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else coping with a bereavement.
