I was very impressed with the care and attention given to arranging my Uncles funeral and with the professionalism on the day of his funeral. The Eco coffin with woodland scene with foxes was stunning. It was a real tribute to my Uncle an helped us celebrate his life. Many thanks.

The service and advice we received was excellent. My only negative was having to chase to have the family member taken into there care.

I live in Worcester and had never been to Nuneaton before the need arose to arrange a funeral for a cousin. The service I received from Andy Jackson and his staff was excellent.
I decided on a humanist service. Andy's suggestion that Alan Penny might be a suitable minister turned
out to be good advice. The arrangements made by Andy removed all of the stress involved in organising and attending the funeral. I have no connection with Andy Jackson but would recommend the quality service he provides.

all the people at the co op were exceptional, especially anna.
simple things like remembering our names every time we went in to see them for something. each time we went they would always ask how we were doing.
kind, compassionate, caring, supportive, professional.

My family could not fault the excellent care and service we had throughout the whole procedure of planning my dear husbands funeral. Kelly M. was amazing and really helped us through a most difficult time. The staff and even Dane the chauffeur were wonderful. Many of our friends and family commented on the detail of the whole of the funeral and said that it was perfect in every way and a fitting tribute to John.
In our eyes the Co-Op Funeralcare were 'Simply the Best'.

All of the team at the Co-operative Funeralcare Nuneaton have been thoroughly professional, supportive and a pleasure to work with in difficult circumstance. They supported our family, co-ordinating the church and crematorium requirements, and helped us sort out all of the arrangements required to make sure a potentially difficult day went as smoothly as it possibly could have.
