From when we first met Tina at the Leamington branch, we knew we were going to get excellent customer service. Everything concerning a funeral was explained to us in detail and we were made to feel welcome whenever we visited the chapel of rest. When you lose a loved one you feel so empty and lost but having the support of the Co-operative Funeracare helped us no end. We just send our heartfelt thanks. Brian and Family.

It was unfortunate that we had to wait a long time outside the North Chapel until the funeral order of service was delivered and distributed. The hearse had arrived earlier and we were all left waiting until these had been put on the seats. My son did have to go into the chapel to see what was the hold up. Otherwise everything was very good. Thank you.

The service that we received with the arrangements and the carrying out of the funeral for my uncle was excellent, I could not have expected any better. All the staff that I dealt with were very professional.

The funeral directors on the day of the funeral were very good. The arrangements for the funeral were handled efficiently, but sometimes more tact and dipolmacy would have been appreciated.

I was very impressed with the service given by the co-op at this sensitive time
 My mum had paid for a basic cremation and when arranging the service we felt there were other things that we needed, such as the order of service. These were sorted out very quickly by the team at Co-op.
