It was an aboslute pleasure dealing with Nicola leading up to my Father's funeral, her kindess during our meeting with her was sincerely appreciated and she was extremely efficient in keeping us informed during the process. Very streamlined funeral service at 2 churches.
Beautiful orders of service, and staff understood how important it was to get them right.
Regular contact between meeting and funeral.
Staff were approachable and compassionate.
The cars and the car driving was good as there were some tricky bits to negotiate.

I can't spreak highly enough of these people. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They looked after Dad (Mr John Semple) so well and Ellie & Sharon were amazing nothing was too much for them. The on-call director who came to open up on a Sunday so family who travelled from Scotland & Lancashire could pay their last respects to my Dad was so lovely too. Thank you so much for making our Dads final Farewell the best it could be.

First class service from start to finish. This is the second time in the last 3 years that I have used the services of John Taylor in Leamington Spa and on both occasions it has been excellent. Nicola was my contact and she always kept me informed of what was happening and removed the stress of me having to chase to find out what was going on and for this I am very grateful. On the day of the funeral the team were perfect and looked after us extremely well. I would highly recommend this business.
