Emma is an exceptional lady who shows empathy and excellent support throughout the process. She goes above and beyond which shows testament to the company and to her, she is such an asset. A lovely gentleman lady.

Joyce professionalism was outstanding, again a caring, kind and considerate human being.

The Co-op are head and shoulders above their competitors.

My family and I would like to say thank you all and will definitely tell people about our positive experience in a sad time.

Emma and Joyce were super. Their care, empathy and professionalism were exemplary, even when certain logistical concerns arose they remained positive, reassuring and helpful.  The funeral itself was well managed and went off without a hitch. Pricing for the simple service was reasonable.  We would certainly recommend them.

In the last 10 years I have arranged 5 funerals for close family and have never received such excellent service as I did from the Co-op at Knaphill. They were the first company I rang and from the way my initial enquiry was dealt with I knew I didn't need to phone any other funeral directors.

I was asked about so many things that have never been mentioned to me by other funeral directors, which made such a huge difference to the whole service. My sister-in-law was always referred to by them as being 'in their care' and there is no doubt that was what she was - in the hands of people who really cared about her as a person.

Never before have I received a phone call the day before the funeral to see if I was happy with the arrangements and if I had any questions. This on it's own was excellent but as the service was on a Monday, I received the call on the Sunday, which I think is going 'above and beyond'.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this caring, compassionate and totally amazing branch of the Co-op.
