They did not leave anything uncovered and ensured my mum had a beautiful funeral

Annika at Sunbury has been on hand throughout to guide us through the process of arranging Mum's funeral. The funeral team on the day were also exemplary and both Annika and the team certainly took the stress out of the whole situation allowing us to concentrate on celebrating Mum's life with family and friends. I would like to say thank you to Tracey Hosier, Peter and the coop team at Sunbury, from the moment we walked in the door, the care and compassion that we have received to today when we picked up James was exceptional, nothing was to much trouble we were made to feel so welcome, on the funeral day they went above and beyond our expectations to make our very sad day go very smoothly, I can not thank you enough for the love we felt from everyone of you and how you cared for James while he was with you.
we used you 4 years ago for my mum again this was exceptional service, I would recommend your service to anyone that asks.

Very caring and professional. Explained all the stages and made what is naturally a sad experience, arranging a funeral, a lot easier. We went for the direct cremation. Thank you to Tracey at the Sunbury on Thames branch.

Absolutely fantastic service only   Criticism would be was to have a bit of guidance on the choice of coffin we weren’t advised that the coffin we chose was to heavy for my brother to be carried in so he had to go in on the carriage we would have preferred him to be carried.

Co-op Funeral care were very kind and compassionate and guided us through every step of the process. The funeral ran smoothly even though there was a slight hiccup with the Hearst getting a flat tyre. Everyone said what a lovely service it was and Tracey Michelka and Stephanie were brilliant.
