All staff have been kind, considerate, informative, helpful, professional, and respectful of our most sensitive feelings at this time.
The attention to detail in the planning of the funeral was continued to the end.

Positives:

The Initial telephone contact/enquiry was superb - he listened, he was reassuring, empathetic/sympathetic, he took the time to talk to me and he guided me through the process. He introduced himself on the day, checked if I was ok and communicated and reassured me throughout. After the service he telephoned and followed up. I only wish I could remember the staff members name, he was everything I hoped for from someone within the profession and under such awful circumstances. 

Negatives:

trying to get through on the phone to ask questions - the lines were always busy or it would divert to a main number and they would get the local branch to call me. Once the branch was aware of the call they would call me back. Please sort this out, it’s not what you need at such a distressing time. Due to this frustration and problem alone, I would not recommend you.

When they came to collected my dads body from home and you ask that you want to see your relative in the chapel of rest. The Undertaker's who come and collect the body should say it depends what type of funeral your loved one has.
As this happened to us we were told we could see my dad in the chapel of rest by The Undertaker's when they picked up his body but because my dad was having a direct / Pure cremation we weren't allowed to see his body in the chapel of rest which was very upsetting and distressing. As we were told that we could see our dad in the chapel of rest.
Also as a family we were told that they were picked up his body within 3 hours however his body was collected in 7hrs. Which we had my dad's body in his flat for 7 hours. This was very very distressing not only for me but for my two girls and my mum.

From start to finish, from arranging the funeral to the flowers to the service to the day all went smoothly, the flowers are most definitely the best we ever had in quality and quantity

All the staff were very helpful and understanding during this upsetting time and were even able to refer back to my Mother's funeral to double check on details for my father's funeral.

The office staff were very helpful when arranging the funeral.  I did experience some frustration being unable to speak to someone in the office to check a detail/ask a question having to go through the call centre process then waiting a few hours for a call back.  
The funeral team that transported my mother's coffin to the church then on to the crematorium were fantastic, I really appreciate the call before and after the funeral and they were lovely on the day ensuring everything went according to what had been agreed beforehand.

I cannot praise the Farnham team, led by Simon, enough. During one of Life's "Moments of Truth", the service was superb and very personal - from start-to-finish.

There was tremendous emotional support and care was taken throughout. From collection and as we progressed through to the cremation, the kindness and care taken was exemplary. During this stressful time, when we were promised updates - they came without chasing and this is just one example of as good a customer experience, as it could be. Our Mother was in safe hands. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Farnham Funeralcare provided a great service. Arranging a funeral, or as we said a Tribute, is not easy especially the first as this was. All the arrangements before, during the day and after the service were handled professionally, but in a supportive manner.

The staff carried out their duties with the solemnity, dignity and professionalism that one expects in these situations. The ceremony, from start to finish, ran smoothly and created a very emotional and fitting procedure to allow people to pay their last respects to the deceased. The help and assistance from everyone, from my initial contact with the company and throughout, was exemplary. Thank you all for helping me say a loving goodbye to my dear son.
