I am very impressed and satisfied with the service I received at Banstead Co Operative.

In the midst of grief, shock and pain it is a very difficult and overwhelming thing to do to have to plan and organise your loved one’s funeral. Deena went above and beyond to assist me and she did it with warmth and understanding, her support and care was very much appreciated. 

The funeral director Rhian and her team were exceptional and ensured the day of the funeral was carried out with the utmost dignity and respect.

First class personal service from the Branch Manager. ( Banstead) The Manager took time and effort to get things right. Many problems we had were down to other organisations. She spent time and effort to sort them out. The day of the funeral was a complete success with excellent personal service.

From the very 1st visit to the Banstead branch, my son and I were treated with a great deal of care and compassion and understanding from Deena.
This continued with everyone involved with dear Mike’s funeral.
The celebrant Heather made this traumatic event, so much easier to cope with, she was so easy to talk to and understood everything about us and what we wanted to achieve for Mike.
