At such a difficult time the first thing anybody needs is guidance and care
From first contact with Rosedale in the form of Steve I felt we got this together with compassion and professionalism
My mother was collected very quickly despite it being a weekend and taken to the funeral home
Our next point of contact was Alison who made all the funeral arrangements with great care and again compassion and professionalism My mother could not have had a better send off
A number of people who attended the funeral have either spoken to me or written to say how befitting the funeral was for my mother and the credit for that goes to Rosedale.Their advice and guidance through the whole process was outstanding
The celebrant handling the funeral Chloe Middleton also deserves mention for her expert handling of the service and guidance before it

Rosedale Funeral Home is an independent family funeral directors, in Attleborough, Wymondham Norwich.
Established in 2004 by husband and wife team Simon and Anne Beckett-Allen. Rosedale Funeral Home is renowned for producing a fitting tribute for your loved one, ensuring a high quality service and the best bereavement support during this difficult time.
Anne is one of the most highly qualified funeral directors in the country. Anne is a registered member of the British Institute of Funeral Directors, a qualified NAFD tutor and a trustee of the charity Nelson’s Journey.
Funeral Arrangers and Administrators Alison Storey and Karen Sturman are supported by a professional back of house team. Their team of caring and compassionate staff are dedicated to providing an excellent service and are fully trained in their various roles.
Rosedale offer a flexible approach to arrangements and are able to offer face to face arrangements at the office in their homely but practical arrangement rooms, in the comfort of your own home or by telephone, Zoom or Skype.
Rosedale Funeral Home offers Bereavement Support Groups, which are free to attend and open to all, regardless of what funeral director you have used. Rosedale believes that providing the very best of bereavement care goes hand in hand with helping you arrange a funeral for your loved one and offer a beautiful coffin tribute made from silk flowers for families to use when perhaps they may not have the funds to pay for fresh flowers to adorn the coffin.
Parking is available for visitors immediately behind the funeral home, and wheelchair access and their own chapel of rest for viewings is on the ground floor.
Advice and support on funeral grants and bereavement benefits that most families don’t even know they are entitled to is also available.

Everyone at Rosedale was very professional, approachable and exceptionally kind. It made the whole thing easier for me.
The funeral was exactly what I had asked for and the attention to detail was perfect, a friend commented on how smart the bearers looked.

Everything was dealt with in a friendly and professional way, right from the initial contact with Karen, and then Alison, who guided us, and advised when applicable, through all the requirements for the funeral. 'Kevin' and his team were faultless and helped stem any nerves experienced by the family.

From collecting my husband from home to the funeral service they looked after him very well.All the team made us as a family feel special and that my husband was the only person they were looking after.They were very professional from the collection to me picking up the ashes .

Karen was lovely very helpful I wasn't hurried at all I took my time choosing the service that I wanted for colin. Everything Karen done for me was done with respect and I found her to be very comforting and kind. The funeral itself was lovely chloe done a beautiful service. All the staff were lovely to.
