Excellent service looking after my late wife Toni Louise Thacker but all I can say pricing and administration could of been alot better alot of confusion with billing and having to go to bank twice instead of once like other funeral home was more stressful but that's the was rosedale work under new owners lighthouse funeral ltd but rhank you all for what you done regards Mick and Joe

From the minute Ben and Charlie came to take mum to her resting place they were amazing and calmed a very stressful time

The organisation was second to none and on the actual funeral day Kevin and his team made us feel like royalty

Following the loss of my beloved father, Rosedale in Beccles were wonderful.

They guided us compassionately through a very tough time with ease. We had an opportunity to say our goodbyes in there peaceful chapel of rest, my dad looked so at peace, just like he was asleep.

On the day of the funeral everything ran to perfection and we were able to give dad the send off he deserved.

I can't thank them enough for their help, professionalism and the way they cared for dad.

We had an unattended funeral for our son. But they were very kind and empathetic from picking him up from the Hospice to us picking his ashes up after cremation.

Couldn’t have asked for more for Mum's funeral, excellent, just as they were for Dad's. They were kind, compassionate and understanding throughout, guiding us with much patience and making a very difficult time much easier to manage. Nothing felt too much trouble, and their support was genuinely appreciated by me and all my family. Mum's funeral went completely as planned and she would have approved.
