Rosedale were fantastic, there was nothing I could fault, everyone was kind empathetic and very understanding. The service from all staff was outstanding, they planned the day with all our wishes perfectly, through to the funeral day itself everyone done us proud we will always be eternally grateful for the work everyone put in to ensure the best send off for our loved one.

A heartfelt thanks for everything that the staff at Rosedale Beccles did to make Paul’s funeral run smoothly on 29th October. Alison and Karen held my hand throughout with patience and kindness. On the day, every detail was carried out with professionalism, compassion and efficiency and we were eased gently through what would otherwise have been a much more difficult experience. One of the few words that Paul could say towards the end was ‘fantastic’, and I know that’s exactly what he would have said about his funeral!

Karen at Rosedale Funeral Home worked with us to put together a funeral for Mum that we felt did her justice. She was kind and sympathetic, and made the whole process stress-free. This was the second time I have used Rosedale and I cannot fault the service I received throughout the process. Everything was explained and even asking for a Saturday cremation service was not too much trouble. The whole day went smoothly and all staff were helpful, polite and had the appropriate degree of friendliness but also formality. Thanks You all.
