What Families Say
AI SummaryMany families mention the care and support shown throughout the process, describing staff as consistently kind, compassionate, and respectful from initial contact through to the funeral day itself. Several note that what could have been an overwhelming experience was made manageable because they felt genuinely listened to and guided at their own pace, with nothing presented as too much trouble.
Families often comment on how smoothly the funeral day itself proceeded, with the organisation described as seamless and the staff's attention to detail evident in how arrangements were carried out exactly as requested. A number of reviews note that communication remained clear and reassuring throughout, helping families feel informed and in control of decisions.
Some families raise concerns about pricing and billing processes, describing confusion with invoices and feeling that costs or payment procedures lacked the transparency and clarity they expected during such a sensitive time.

From the moment we asked Rosedale to handle my father’s funeral we were given the utmost support and respect. Every question was handled with sensitivity and care. Nothing was too much trouble and for someone who had never had to do this before I soon felt comfortable and confident that we would give Dad the send off he richly deserved. I would not hesitate in recommending Rosedales.

Both my late husband and I received absolutely superb care and support from Rosedale. From the first moment meeting Karen, when I was informed that he only had weeks to live, through the 18 months that followed before his death, his death, the arrangements for his funeral, his funeral and beyond I met only with care, support, consideration, compassion and never ending smiles. I always felt content to leave my husband of 47 years in their excellent care. They furnished me with outstanding advice and support . On the day of the funeral we met with unparalleled respect for my husband and care of the mourners. Kevin, was particularly solicitous to my husband’s cousin who piped him home and to his rest. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they ensured my husband’s funeral was a beautiful occasion that I can revisit and find solace in, during the darker moments of my new life alone. With all my heart I thank you Rosedale, very much.
