Ruth was very helpful in the office. Very much appreciated. Well done.
The only flaw was the camera alignment in the crematorium. There was only 9 attending and not everybody was in view. Disappointing for persons watching on line. Perhaps this could be improved in future.

Ruth and Natalie did a amazing job of giving my father the best funeral they listened to myself and my partner as what was requested and kept us informed what stage we was in the process it removed a lot of stress from us.the service they provided was respectful and professional also the cost was fair . Overall an excellent direct cremation service much better than we could have hoped.Helen and the team treat their customers with sensitivity in a lovely and comfortable surrounding which made the upsetting ordeal so much easier to cope with Our wishes were noted and every thing we asked was put in plac. The wording on the plaque was exactly as dad wanted although longer than originally planned and the cremation and ashes were prompt so dad got mum back home as quickly as possible. Would recommend your service to others
