There are no words to describe this funeral directors. Ben's funeral home may be relatively new but he has a wealth of experience that shone through during our recent loss and helped us enormously, not just leading up to and including the funeral, he has continued to support us in the weeks afterwards and is always there even when I just need someone to talk too. I have already begun making my own plans so I can ensure that Ben looks after me when the time comes. Thank you Ben and your team once more.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Ben at Simpson & Wilde for being so caring and compassionate when organising my brother Brian's funeral.
You went through every option with us so we could give Brian the best send off possible.
Nothing was too much trouble and the unexpected touches on the day were so unexpected and a lovely thought. You certainly went the extra mile which we can't thank you enough for. Thank you..

My father’s funeral was managed by Ben Simpson throughout with great sensitivity and perfect attention to detail. No decisions were rushed and gentle guidance on choices was always there when we wanted it. Everyone who went commented on how fitting the service had been. I couldn’t recommend the team more highly.

Ben looked after my dad, even travelled to Cornwall to take him into his care. 
He made every step of the way as easy and painless as possible. Arranging details such as a bagpipe player for my dad.

I approached Simpson & Wilde Funeral Directors after recently losing my Mother. Having never organised a funeral, Ben explained all aspects of the funeral and kept me up to date with all of the details putting my mind at ease.

Ben treated us with upmost respect and kindness with nothing being too much trouble.

Ben was extremely understanding with our wishes for Mum whilst in the Chapel of Rest. It was comforting to know that Mum was being well looked after.

The service was conducted by Kate Moran and although it was a saddening time for us all Kate delivered a beautiful and memorable service with a touch of humour which is just how Mum would have wanted it.

I cannot thank Ben and the rest of the staff enough for everything that they did.
