We knew we wanted an independent funeral director for Mum/nans funeral and so we visited Isobel and immediately on being greeted we knew she was the one for us. Isobel is knowledgeable, warm and friendly and will go above and beyond to ensure the funeral You get is exactly what you wanted. She arranged everything with such professionalism, always kept us informed of everything we needed to know. After our funeral service we had such wonderful comments on the service our mum/nan had and how beautiful and special it was that her final goodbye was one so specifically tailored to her. Isobel  was recommended by a friend who had used her for a family members funeral and it’s not difficult to see why. From the minute Izzie came into my home she radiated warmth, care and empathy. Nothing was too much trouble and she certainly ease our burden during a very difficult time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
