Tracy, Neil and the rest of the staff were sympathetic, efficient and kind. The whole process ran very smoothly from start to finish. They organized the cremation, celebrant, and collection of our brothers ashes with care. Excellent.

We were very pleased with the level of professionalism, compassion and respect we received from Durrants. They took care of everything, leaving us family and friends to grieve our loss. Even after payment (which was very reasonable) they collected the ashes and tributes from the crematorium. Overall, they ensured the saddest day of our lives went without a hitch. I cannot recommend Durrant Funeral Services highly enough. They are compassionate and efficient, taking care of all our needs effortlessly. They have arranged both of my Parents' funerals, and have made both of them somewhat more bearable than you would have expected, on these grim days.

I cannot recommend Neil and his lovely wife high enough. I lost my beautiful son Dinos in October 2021. They thought of everything and our wishes for what we would like for our son. They visited our home and we visited there funeral parlour and chapel of rest. It was so lovely they helped us through the worst  time of our life. All arrangements were wonderful and with there help made my sons funeral about him and his life. All family and friends said it was a great tribute to my son and the thought and planning that went into it. Neil and Tracey words will never be enough for your service and thoughtfulness.
