Outstanding service provided by Claire and the team at Jennifer Ashe. They took great care  of Mom and were extremely compassionate and caring from the moment we walked through their door. Claire kept in touch on a regular basis, which was very reassuring. Steve telephoned on the day of the funeral to confirm arrangements and he ensured that everything ran smoothly. Special thanks to Martyn Jinks for the beautiful service, it was very personal to Mom, and I think that if mom was looking down she would be more than pleased  with how well it all went.  Thankyou so much to all of the team at Jennifer Ashe .

At a very hard time in my life l was so grateful for the excellent, thoughtful and friendly way Jennifer Ashe funeral directors guided me through a hard time .Claire was always at the end of the phone for assurance and the funeral was perfect (if you can call a funeral perfect) . On the day the staff that cared for us were amazing , Joseph talked us through everything and made it easy for us to understand . I thank everyone at Jennifer Ashe from the bottom of my heart .

Jennifer Ashe funeral directors were amazing. They understood what we wanted and offered support along the way. Nothing was too much trouble.
Everything went smoothly and the service was perfect. They provided a celebrant who asked the right questions to make the service personal. We opted for a chapel of rest visit with embalming and they did such a good job. I would highly recommend this company to assist you in your sad time.

The service was superb from start to finish. Claire made us so comfortable during our first meeting and we were able to look at brochures and make our own decisions without interference. I also think it's extremely useful to have their packages with costs online to take the stress of money out of the equation. The service we received on the day was first class and Leon and Stephen were both so professional. I highly recommend Jennifer Ashe & Son without any hesitation whatsoever. Let them look after you like they did us. Thanks so much to the whole team

From the first meeting with Claire it was personal and friendly.
Really organised and everything took care of.
Always available and there with us all the way.
My dad’s funeral from start to finish was excellent and couldn’t have asked for anymore, he would have loved it, we all did him proud.

From the moment we stepped into the Hednesford branch , we were well looked after and fully supported to make the right arrangements for us as a family.  Throughout the process communication was excellent and we were kept informed ,the courtesy call from Joe,the evening before the funeral,was lovely and added a personal touch, allaying anxieties. Everyone we encountered were polite, professional and immaculately turned out, the service was exemplary. Thank you all for making a difficult time easier and for your professionalism and integrity.

Jennifer Ashe Funeral Directors are a great caring Company to deal with and Becky and Steven both show your family great compassion at that is arwful time in your lift, they really care. The cars and the horse and carriage they use are first class and the staff are very smartly dressed. A great service all round from start to finish and the fact that they offer everything from flowers to headstones makes life so much easier. Heather & Mark

I was running on clockwork and dreading having to deal with everything, especially the funeral, after losing my husband.
I picked a funeral directors because the nursing home needed one. I had no idea. But I chose Jennifer Ashe, via Google! 

Jennifer Ashe looked after me, but especially they looked after my husband. I have absolutely no criticism. The funeral advisor was with me throughout the ordeal.  She was supportive, sympathetic and knowledgeable.

The funeral itself went smoothly on a very very cold day.
I’m glad I chose Jennifer Ashe…. I just wish I hadn’t needed to.

We can’t thank Jennifer Ashe & Son enough for the service they provided for dads funeral on the 6th December 2022 ,as a company they were very professional and provided an excellent service from the very start . Becky at hednesford was very thorough and supportive to myself , sister and mom , when looking after dad for the viewing she was outstanding. On the day of the funeral John and his staff again were excellent and showed sympathy and were very caring and couldn’t have looked after us any better throughout the journey to the crematorium and the service . The Reverend Martyn Jinks who visited me prior to dads funeral spent a lot of time finding out about dad and his life , he delivered the service in a very caring and personal manner again an excellent service I would highly recommend Jennifer Ashe & Sons
