I have previous experience with coop funeral care and it is because they were so caring and efficient I decided to use the wolstanton branch, who were equally as caring and efficient, and professional Wayne and Colin did a excellent job they made us feel like we had known them for years nothing was to much trouble, and everyone who came to the funeral commented so, it was a true celebration of his life and one that he would have laughed and cried with us. So thank you all regards Andrew Eric’s son.

Thank you to Jane Ashley for the excellent organisation of Sandra’s funeral. Janes is so professional in every aspect of her job, yet she is so compassionate and caring when required.
My second thank you is to Dan and his team. They all went above and beyond to make our day special. They fulfilled Sandra’s wishes, that includes problem solving on the day… for which we will be eternally grateful 
I would recommend this team to anyone in the very sad position that they require funeral directors

I can’t express enough how well the family were looked after; we were treated with the utmost respect and everything was well organised.  I have to give a special mention to Wayne who was fantastic from the very first day we met up to the day of the funeral; Anybody unfortunate enough to be going through the process of saying goodbye to a loved one should contact Wayne and his team.

Discusted my mum wanted a creamation nothing else I when to pick her ashes up and can only describe it as a doggy bag you bring leftovers from a restaurant back. It was inside a box the "doggy bag" was not sealed and so some of the ashes were in the bottom of the box and the ashes "puffed" out like you get from a bag of flour.
I notified head office they said they would investigate.
After a week and couple of ignore emails I'm still waiting

Cannot thank Wayne enough for his guidance and assistance through the whole process of arranging my sisters funeral, and of course the rest of the team, who on the day were professional, caring, magically appeared when needed without being intrusive. Can not recommend them enough should anyone need support and guidance at a very difficult time

Can't rate the Coop Funeralcare and especially Wayne highly enough. They did the funeral for my father so I had no hesitation contacting them regarding my mother. They show such respect to both the deceased and the living and they are very well organised. I would highly recommend using them.

Everything was perfect. The staff were helpful, kind, caring and sympathetic to our needs. We have never had to organise a funeral before and everybody made it so much easier. All the options were explained and we were not pressured into something that we didn't want. The family is so grateful to the Co-op for helping us to have a day to remember

Special thanks to Chris Hollins for his amazing support at a very difficult time. Nothing is too much trouble for Chris, he's a treasure and made certain my sister's last wishes could be fulfilled.
