Never the best of things to have to deal with. Plus my Dad's death was very sudden & not expected. Murray's was so helpful & just felt they went the extra mile in caring for all the family as well. Made the funeral abit easier for us all to deal with. They have been very helpful & supportive since the funeral as well. I would highly recommend Murray's funeral directors.

Barry and the rest of the staff, supported and guided myself and my 3 sons through ever step leading to my husbands funeral. They made us feel unique, had time to listen.

Murray's show love, care, understanding and empathy with a huge willingness to help in the most saddest of times. Visiting a loved one after their death can be such a daunting experience, but they have a lovely room where you do not see your loved one in a coffin but as though they are sleeping in a bed with covers over it is simply the most amazing thing to do which, makes it easier to see your them that way. Sue and all her Staff are unbelievably sincere and utterly amazing thank you so much Sue for your attention to detail, kindness and most importantly for us, looking after both my Mum in 2011 and now my Dad in 2018. Only the best will do and we certainly got that in abundance with Murray's xxxx

I was immensely grateful to Sue and her team for making Nishi's funeral a wonderful tribute to the great man he was. Sue is very compassionate and professional in my opinion. She took a lot of time ensuring that my family and I were cared for at this difficult, emotional time.

There aren’t enough superlatives to describe how truly excellent Murray’s are. This is the third funeral they have carried out for us, the first two being some years ago. However, if possible, they are better than ever. Sadly, I’ve attended a lot of funerals in the last few months and I can honestly say that the ‘Murray’ funerals have been conducted far better than any other I’ve attended. From the most beautiful natural casket, to the beautiful flowers supplied by Lynne who phoned me to check what I wanted. The wonderful gentle way we were treated, by Megan and Dan. Murray’s are wonderful.

Murray’s were very professional and sympathetic So we knew that we could leave everything in Murray’s capable hands.

Everything went completely smoothly and gave us time to concentrate on other things we needed to put in place to prepare for dads funeral. 

Murray’s chapel of rest was a peaceful quiet environment and my father looked completely at peace in the room that was prepared for him. 

Thank you so much to everyone involved in organising the funeral for my father and a big thank you to Megan.

Murrays are excellent in every way. They also did my Mum's funeral in 2015.
They are extremely efficient but also very sensitive and supportive.
I cannot recommend them strongly enough. Absolutely first class service.

There is nothing that is too much trouble for her and her finishing touches give it that personal touch to your loved one.

The service I received from Murray's Funeral Director's has been exceptional. I was arranging a funeral at a distance, and Sue's local knowledge was superb, and she also communicated very well at each stage. On the day of the funeral myself and my family felt looked after and cared for every step of the way. caring and considerate, very respectful, attention to detail, nothing too much trouble for them, took all the organisation responsibility very well presented, quiet and calm funeral.

Murray’s acted very professional from when I first contacted them until the day of the funeral. They dealt with me in a very sympathetic manner and nothing was too much for them. Surroundings at Finders we’re very nice and felt at ease. Only negative comment was dealing with numerous people rather than just one or two.

Overall I would give 5 stars
