Kevin and the team were lovely from the very start. Very understanding and caring throughout the whole process. After listening to our needs and mums wishes they offered advice and guidance without pressure. They arranged a meeting with Elle who spoke at mum's funeral as we didn't want a service all based on religion and wanted the day to be focused on how special mum was and what her life was all about. They couldn't have picked a better person for the job. She was down to earth and made us feel at ease from hervwalkung through the door. She had an amazing ability to tell mums life story perfectly as if she had known her for herself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend knights and Elle to anyone who finds themselves in the heartbreaking situation of arranging funeral for a loved one, they all went above and beyond.
