Both Tom, Rachel and all the team were so kind and caring throughout. Going the extra mile with their care and service making sure extra touches were added around our mum's love of gardening.

What can I say I had a very difficult situation due to my mother in law as me and my husband were separated they handled this with dignity and respect at all times. The staff are lovely and supportive and I went for a coffin with a football image on Tom found one that was perfect. I'm now in the process of sorting somthing out for me and when it's time to say goodbye to my parents they will be my o my choice. Even the funeral home is set out nice. I can not thank them enough for how I was helped from walking in the door and bursting into tears to the funeral day once again thank you from the bottom of my heart you made a bad arkward situation turn into an amazing lovy day.

Hathaway Funeral Directors provided me and my family with a professional service recently. Nothing was too much trouble and Tom the funeral director was always easy to contact and has a sincere and friendly manner.
I would highly recommend this independent business over any of the big firms that offer funerals.
The prices are very clear and you can tailor your funeral to your exact requirements.

This week I laid my father in-law to rest bless him.From start to finish young Tom Hathaway was fantastic. My mother's wishes were granted respectfully & its the last thing I needed to do for her. Tom was so respectful of that he did exactly what my mother wanted. She requested a no frills direct cremation so the cost was minimal leaving the rest put aside for her 2 chosen charities benefiting. We as a family are so grateful that Tom was on board with that without question. No pushy sales it was so easy & dignified making the arrangements. Thankyou Tom to you & you colleague for looking after our Mam on her final journey. Total respect from all the family for your professionalism throughout this whole solemn experience.
