We all felt supported during such a difficult time. Our individual family member needs we’re listened to and supported. We were spoken to with great empathy and given the time we needed to see our dad. 

Excellent service from start to finish.

More than happy with every aspect of the funeral service from the co op. Everything was taken care of and went smoothly. Perhaps a bit tactless asking for a review so close to the funeral. Could of waited a few weeks.

We were really impressed by the dignity and respect shown to my dear husband. The cars were immaculate. The service was worded so sympathetically.It was obviously a very sad occasion but it was beautiful too. We would like to thank all of staff for their dedication.

Mark Turner was very sympathic and helpful organising mums funeral.
Even the delay at the crem, did not cause too much upset, glad the weather was good as we all hung around chatting, waiting for the previous one to finish.
The celebrant Sharon was very good she got a few names wrong but made us laugh. The service was lovely and celebrated mums life along with my poem and my brothers words everything went well, the slide show was a lovely touch and added to the celebrations. Staff at the funeral home were sympathic and I was allowed to visit mum for as long as I wanted. She was dressed and presented nicely in the clothes I had provided. I left a poem rose and photo in the coffin, but it wasn't explained I had to let you know if they wanted to remain in there. This was done as I was leaving, so that's my only criticism. Mark was lovely and considering his own recent loss I don't know how he can carry on with his work, he deserves a medal bless him ❤️ give him my best Lesley xx

The staff were very supportive it was unfortunate that we had 3 different people as liaison as staff had holidays booked but they were all very kind.  
Mark who was in charge on the day was very good and helpful took the stress out of the funeral for us .

Mum said she wanted the Coop to arrange her funeral.
We thought the Service, Advice, Support and Direction was excellent throughout.
The wicker coffin, spray/garland/ single flowers, order of service, online streaming, organist and particularly Father Willett all added to a Service we thought was as perfect as it could be. Indeed Mum would have loved it!
